Creating an NFT on the Harmony Chain

When creating an NFT on the Harmony chain, you must select $ETH on the creation page if you want to list your token with $ONE.

If you encounter a blank page, simply wait a few seconds and refresh. This is a temporary issue that may occur while our team works behind the scenes. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Creating an NFT: Pixel Size and Wait Time

When creating an NFT, if the pixel size is too large, it may take up to 2 minutes before you can sign the first transaction. If you wait longer than 2 minutes, refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, try using a smaller size. We recommend a pixel size of 1024x1024 pixels for optimal performance.

Image Size Recommendations for NFTs

Some image sizes may not fit correctly in the containers on our platform. We recommend avoiding rectangular images and using square images instead. The ideal size is 1024x1024 pixels.

You can use this website to resize your images: iLoveIMG. We are not affiliated with them; it's just a tool our team likes to use for resizing images.

Images that do not display well in containers or cause conflicts may be removed from our platform. Please see the example below for reference.

Mobile Responsiveness Notice

Some pages may not yet be perfectly responsive on mobile devices. For the best experience, we recommend using a laptop. If you encounter any bugs or issues, please report them on our Discord server so we can investigate and improve your experience.

Mobile Usage Note

Note: If you intend to use our website on mobile, please ensure you are using the Metamask browser. You will not be able to collect or create NFTs via a normal mobile browser.

Temporary Video Limitation

Currently, videos are not functional on our platform. We only support GIFs with a maximum duration of 5 seconds.

Important Notice: NFT Transfer Limitation

Currently, transferring NFTs created on our marketplace to another wallet requires deletion and relisting. We do not support NFT transfers at this time.

Important Notice: Verification of Smart Contracts on Harmony Chain

Unfortunately, the current Harmony Explorer does not support Thirdweb smart contracts, making it impossible for us to verify them on the Harmony chain. However, all smart contracts for our NFT Marketplace have undergone thorough audits.

To view the smart contract, please create a free Thirdweb account at Thirdweb Contracts and import the smart contract to your Thirdweb dashboard. Please note that this issue is specific to the Harmony chain.
